Consent to Receive the Newsletter and to the Processing of an Email Address

By ticking the box “I agree to receive news and consent to the processing of my email address” in the subscription form on the website https://timetolive.app, I give my consent to the operator, Sole proprietor Emelianov Oleg Anatolievich, INN 312822499408, OGRNIP 319312300015628, address: Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, 309516, Russia, on the following terms.

1. Data: email address, language, date and time of the subscription and of its confirmation, version of this consent.

2. Purpose: a newsletter with news about the “ЖИЗНЬ” service and new stories no more than once a month, including messages of an advertising nature about the service.

3. Actions: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to an email provider for sending emails, deletion, destruction. Method: automated processing.

4. Processing on the operator’s behalf: an email provider for sending the newsletter. The newsletter is not being sent yet; the provider will be named in this document before it starts.

5. Confirmation. The subscription takes effect after I follow the link in the confirmation email.

6. Term: until I unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Sending stops immediately after unsubscribing, and the address is deleted within 30 days.

7. Withdrawal: the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or an email to privacy@timetolive.app. Unsubscribing does not affect the use of the app.
