User Agreement of the “ЖИЗНЬ” Service
The “ЖИЗНЬ” (Time to Live) service: iOS mobile app and website https://timetolive.app
Version v1 of 31 October 2026. The Russian text prevails. Published at https://timetolive.app/en/terms.
1. Parties and terms
1.1. Operator: Sole proprietor Emelianov Oleg Anatolievich, INN 312822499408, OGRNIP 319312300015628, address: Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, 309516, Russia.
1.2. User: a legally capable individual over the age of 18 who has accepted this agreement.
1.3. Service: the “ЖИЗНЬ” (Time to Live) service: the iOS mobile app, the website https://timetolive.app and the server side.
1.4. User content: the texts of wishes and details and other information that the user enters into the Service.
1.5. Generated content: stories, affirmations and their voiceover generated by the Service at the user’s request.
2. What the Service is
2.1. Based on the user’s description of their wishes, the Service creates personal audio stories and affirmations using generative artificial intelligence and gives access to the Service’s materials.
2.2. Generated content is an artistic visualisation. It is not a forecast or a promise of a result. The Operator does not guarantee that what is wished for will come true.
2.3. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, financial, legal or other professional help and does not replace consulting a specialist. The Service is not an emergency service: if there is a threat to life or health, call 112.
2.4. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Generated content must not be used as the basis for decisions about health, money, rights or safety.
3. Acceptance
3.1. This agreement is accepted when the user starts using the Service after this text has been made available to them (clause 3, Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). A user who does not agree does not use the Service.
3.2. Accepting this agreement does not replace consents to the processing of personal data: they are given separately (https://timetolive.app/en/consent, https://timetolive.app/en/consent/cross-border). Personal data is processed under the Policy https://timetolive.app/en/privacy.
3.3. The Service is intended only for persons over the age of 18. By accepting this agreement, the user confirms their age.
4. Account
4.1. An account is created for the device the first time the app is used. The user may link it to their Apple ID through Sign in with Apple to use it on other devices.
4.2. Sign-in when buying access on the website works as stated in the offer (https://timetolive.app/en/offer, clause 1.4).
4.3. The user does not share access to the account with other persons and informs support@timetolive.app if they believe someone else has gained access to it.
4.4. The parties acknowledge that the user’s actions in the Service performed after signing in to the account, including ticking a consent box, are the user’s simple electronic signature. The key of the simple electronic signature is the account. Electronic documents signed with a simple electronic signature are recognised as equivalent to paper documents signed by hand (Part 2, Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ of 6 April 2011 “On Electronic Signature”).
5. Content and rights
5.1. Rights to user content remain with the user. The user enters only what they are entitled to use and does not provide personal data of other people without a lawful basis.
5.2. The user grants the Operator a royalty-free non-exclusive licence to user content only to the extent needed for the Service to work: to store it, to transfer it to the recipients named in the Policy to generate text and voiceover, and to show the result to the user. Territory: all countries where the Service is available and where such recipients are located. Term: until the content is deleted by the user or together with the account.
5.3. The Operator does not publish user content or generated content and does not use them in advertising without the user’s separate permission.
5.4. The user may use generated content for personal non-commercial purposes, including sharing it. The interface, design, voices, software and other materials of the Service belong to the Operator or its licensors; these rights are not transferred to the user.
5.5. The results of different requests may be similar, including for different users.
6. Prohibited use
The user must not:
- use the Service to create content prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation;
- use the Service to threaten, bully, stalk or deceive other people, including by passing off generated content as real events or the words of a real person;
- enter content that infringes the rights of others;
- circumvent the limits and safety measures of the Service, including abuse protection and the blocks in section 7;
- automatically collect data from the Service, resell generated content or access to the Service, or use the Service as an interface to artificial intelligence models.
7. Moderation and safety
7.1. Requests are checked automatically before a story is created. A story is not created if the request relates to a crisis, self-harm, violence or a serious illness; if it is not about the life the user wishes for; if it aims to change the feelings or actions of a specific other person; or if it contains a promise of curing a serious illness, of a win or of guaranteed money. The app reports that the story was not created.
7.2. A block on a crisis request is a safety measure, not a penalty. It is not an assessment of the user’s condition and does not replace a specialist’s help (clause 2.3).
7.3. A moderator of the Operator may view an automatically blocked text and the text of a story that has been reported, without the user’s name and contacts, in order to make a decision. The processing rules are in the Policy, clause 4.1.
7.4. The user may report a story in the app or write to support@timetolive.app if they believe a block was a mistake. The response is given within 3 business days.
7.5. If sections 5 or 6 are breached, the Operator may restrict the creation of new stories, stating the reason. The user may challenge the decision by writing to support@timetolive.app. Previously created content and data remain available to the user unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Paid access
8.1. Some features of the Service may be paid. Without payment, the Service is available with the limits published at https://timetolive.app/en/#price.
8.2. Access is bought on the website through the Robokassa service under the public offer https://timetolive.app/en/offer; prices are at https://timetolive.app/en/#price. Auto-renewal applies only under a separate consent (https://timetolive.app/en/consent/recurring). Termination of the contract and refunds follow section 6 of the offer.
8.3. No purchases are sold inside the app. Payment is made on the website only.
9. Liability
9.1. The Operator strives to keep the Service running but does not guarantee that it will work without interruptions and errors or that generated content will meet the user’s expectations.
9.2. The Operator is not liable for disruptions caused by app stores, payment systems, telecom operators or force majeure.
9.3. Nothing in this agreement limits the statutory rights of a user who is a consumer, including those under Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Terms that contradict such rights do not apply (Art. 16 of that Law).
10. Account deletion and termination
10.1. The user may stop using the Service and delete the account at any time: “Profile” → “Delete account”. A copy of the user’s data is available in the same place: “Profile” → “Export data”.
10.2. Data is destroyed within the periods stated in the Policy, clause 6.3; payment records and proof of consent are kept for the periods stated in section 4 of the Policy.
10.3. Auto-renewal of access bought on the website is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted (see the offer and the auto-renewal consent).
10.4. This agreement remains in force for as long as the user has an account.
11. Changes to this agreement
11.1. A new version is published at https://timetolive.app/en/terms with its date. The Operator gives notice of material changes in the app no later than 7 days before they take effect.
11.2. A user who does not agree with the new version may stop using the Service and delete the account before it takes effect. A period already paid for remains under the offer as worded on the payment date (offer, clause 10.1), and if a change noticeably worsens paid access, the right to a refund under clause 5.5 of the offer applies.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1. This agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. This does not deprive the user of rights granted by the law of their country of residence that cannot be limited by contract.
12.2. Claims are sent to support@timetolive.app, and the response is given within 10 days. A user who is a consumer may go to court at their place of residence (Art. 17 of the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
