By ticking the box “I consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data” in the “ЖИЗНЬ” app, I, the user of the account in this app, give my consent to the operator, Sole proprietor Emelianov Oleg Anatolievich, INN 312822499408, address: Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, 309516, Russia, to the cross-border transfer of my personal data on the following terms.

2. What is not transferred: account identifier, email address, Apple ID.
3. Actions: transfer (provision, access) and processing by the recipients only for the stated purposes.
4. I understand that the USA is not on the list, approved by Roskomnadzor, of foreign states that ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
5. Term: until the account is deleted or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Withdrawal. I may withdraw my consent at any time: in the app (“Profile” → “Withdraw consent”) or by email to privacy@timetolive.app. After withdrawal, creating new stories and push notifications become unavailable; stories created earlier remain in my library.
