Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the “ЖИЗНЬ” app, I, the user of the account in this app, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent:

1. To the operator: Sole proprietor Emelianov Oleg Anatolievich, INN 312822499408, OGRNIP 319312300015628, address: Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, 309516, Russia.

2. To the processing of the following personal data:

• account and device identifiers, time zone, language, app and operating system version;
• name (if I provide it) and the form of address used for me;
• the areas of life I have selected;
• the texts of my wishes and details (place, people nearby, desired feelings);
• the stories and affirmations created for me, and their voiceover;
• voice and narration settings, favorites, playlists, listening position;
• push notification token (if I allow notifications);
• app usage events without texts, and the country determined from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored).

3. For the following purposes:

• creating personal stories, affirmations and their voiceover at my request;
• storing my library of stories and my settings;
• sending notifications about finished stories and the meditation of the day, if I allow notifications;
• improving the service on the basis of usage statistics without texts;
• review by a moderator if a wish is blocked automatically or a complaint is received about a story: the moderator sees the text without my name and contact details.

4. Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Method: automated processing with transmission over the Internet.

5. Persons in Russia processing the data on the operator’s instructions or providing the operator with infrastructure:

• Alex Group LLC (ООО «Алекс Групп», KVMka hosting), INN 5040109853, address: office 322, 1 Sovetskaya St., Bykovo work settlement, Ramenskoye, Moscow Region, 140150, Russia — hosting of servers in Moscow;
• Beget LLC (ООО «Бегет»), INN 7801451618, address: office 726A, 8B Karla Faberzhe Square, Saint Petersburg, 195112, Russia — storage of files and backups;
• the clickplus service (St. Petersburg) and access supplier Veai — IITECH LLC (ООО «ИИТЕХ»), OGRN 1257700447894, INN 9718287451, address: premises 6/2, 9 bldg. 1 Montazhnaya St., Moscow, 107497, Russia — forwarding requests to AI models to create texts.

Data is transferred outside the Russian Federation (for creating texts, voiceover and notifications) only under a separate consent to cross-border transfer (https://timetolive.app/en/consent/cross-border).

6. Term: until my account is deleted or until consent is withdrawn.

7. Withdrawal of consent. I may withdraw my consent at any time:

• in the app: “Profile” → “Withdraw consent” (withdrawing this consent deletes the account);
• by email to privacy@timetolive.app from the account’s email address (when signed in with Apple).

After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys my personal data within no more than 30 days (Part 5, Art. 21 of the Law), unless it has another lawful basis for processing. Without this consent, stories and affirmations cannot be created.

8. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://timetolive.app/en/privacy), and that this consent is given by me personally.
