The Service creates personal audio stories and affirmations based on the user’s description of their wishes using generative artificial intelligence and gives access to meditations and community materials.
1.4. Account: the user’s account in the Service. On the website, sign-in works the same way as in the app: through Apple ID or by email address.
1.5. Access: the right to use the paid features of the Service during the paid period. The paid and free features are listed on the pricing page https://timetolive.app/en/#price.

2.2. Access is opened for the account under which the user signed in on the website at payment and applies in all apps and on the website where the user signs in to this account.
2.3. Without payment, the Service is available with the limitations published on the pricing page. The limitations may change; this does not worsen a period already paid for (clause 5.5).
2.4. Stories and affirmations are created by artificial intelligence based on the user’s description. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal help, do not promise that what is wished for will come true, and do not replace consulting a specialist.
3. Acceptance of the offer
3.1. The offer is accepted by paying for the selected plan on the website after signing in to the account and ticking the box “I accept the terms of the offer” (Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The box is not ticked by default. When a free trial is chosen, the offer is accepted by starting it (clause 5.7).
3.2. Consent to the processing of personal data and consent to auto-renewal are given by separate checkboxes and are not part of the offer. Consent to receive advertising is only separate and optional.
3.3. The user’s actions after signing in to the account are recognized as actions of the user personally and as a simple electronic signature (clause 2, Art. 160 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ “On Electronic Signature”).
3.4. Payment on the website is not open yet. The terms of the offer and the personal account on the website take effect when it opens; until then the offer cannot be accepted.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The price is per the plan on the payment date, in rubles. The price is final for the customer and includes applicable taxes; nothing is payable on top of it.
4.2. Payment is made by bank card through the Robokassa service (ROBOKASSA LLC (ООО «РОБОКАССА»), INN 5047063929, OGRN 1055009302215, address: room 15A, premises III, 31 bldg. 1 Iskry Street, Moscow, 129344, Russia). Card data is entered on the payment provider’s page; the Provider does not receive or store it.
4.3. A cash receipt is generated through Robokassa’s “Robocheki” service, and the data is transmitted through the fiscal data operator with which a contract is concluded within the Robokassa service. The receipt is sent to the email address or phone number specified at payment (Federal Law No. 54-FZ “On the Use of Cash Register Equipment”).
4.4. A new plan price does not apply to a period already paid for. For the next period with auto-renewal, the Provider announces the new price no later than 7 days before the charge; if the user does not agree, the user cancels auto-renewal.
5. Provision of access and auto-renewal
5.1. Access is opened immediately after payment is received, usually within a few minutes. If access has not opened within a day, the user writes to support@timetolive.app.
5.2. If the user has consented to auto-renewal, the next period is paid by a charge to the linked card on the last day of the current period.
5.3. No later than 3 days before the charge, the Provider sends a reminder by email with the date, the amount and a cancellation link.
5.4. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time in the personal account on the website, in one action, or by email to support@timetolive.app. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
5.5. The Provider may change and develop the Service. If a change noticeably worsens the paid access, the user may terminate the contract with a refund under clause 6.2.
5.6. When the account is deleted, auto-renewal is cancelled automatically.
5.7. A free trial starts when the user links a bank card on the payment provider’s page and gives consent to auto-renewal (https://timetolive.app/en/consent/recurring). Without this consent, access can be paid for straight away, without a free trial.
5.8. No money is charged during the free trial. The first charge under the selected plan is made when the free trial ends, unless the user has cancelled it.
5.9. No later than 3 days before the free trial ends, the Provider sends a reminder of the charge by email with the date, the amount and a cancellation link.
5.10. The free trial can be cancelled at any time in the personal account on the website or by email to support@timetolive.app. After cancellation, no money is charged.
6. Termination and refund
6.1. The user may terminate the contract at any time (Art. 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Art. 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
6.2. On termination, the Provider refunds the price of the unused part of the period: the amount paid for the period minus the cost of the days from the start of the period to the day of termination, with each day costing the same.
6.3. For a refund, an email to support@timetolive.app from the account’s address or a request from the personal account is enough. No handwritten signature, scanned application or bank details are required: the money is returned to the card used for the payment.
6.4. The Provider returns the money within 10 days of receiving the request (Art. 31 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
6.5. If access was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than 3 consecutive days, the access period is extended by that time or, at the user’s choice, the cost of those days is refunded.
7. Rights and obligations
7.1. The Provider undertakes to provide access during the paid period; to keep the Service running, except for scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond its control; and to respond to inquiries within 3 business days.
7.2. The user undertakes not to give access to the account to other persons and not to use the Service to create content prohibited by law. In case of a violation, the Provider may restrict the creation of new stories, stating the reason; refunds are under clause 6.2.
7.3. The user may use the stories and affirmations created for the user for personal non-commercial purposes, including sharing them.
8. Liability
8.1. The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation. The Provider’s liability to a consumer user is not limited to the amount paid where such a limit would contradict the law.
